We currently have a partnership agreement with a prefabrication modular company to offer affordable housing solutions with our Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) for the provision of our pre-fabricated modular steel offsite construction, which we consider as the first answers that come to mind for our Clients looking to provide flexible housing solutions at high volume and quick turnaround in the UK.

We are looking into furthering our relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers in the UK is what we are seeking to do as well, to provide affordable housing and student hostels by purchasing lands for new build schemes using our modular technology. We also do refurbishments, renovations, extensions of existing buildings to provide bespoke private housing, affordable housing, student hostels and converting them into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) for rental etc.

This places us at the forefront of not only designing high quality and cost-effective modular/prefabricated offsite homes and many other buildings, but also dispelling the widely held false belief that surround the concept of integrating new technology and positioning it as a viable, cost effective low energy sustainable and innovative solutions for housing crisis, worldwide. We offer the opportunity to team up with developers and private entities in a Joint Venture or Special Purpose Vehicle to carry out all of the above.
